The work of understanding ourselves and growing emotionally shouldn't stop at the therapy room door.

I offer supervision for other clinicians and Emotions 101 Education, developed by Hilary Jacobs Hendel and Heather Sanford, that can be useful for both adults and teens, schools and private groups.

These offerings are designed to bring the same warmth and rigor of my clinical work into broader contexts — making emotional awareness and psychological growth feel less intimidating and more within reach.

SUPERVISION + EDUCATION

Supervision is a space to clarify what’s needed therapeutically, play with your sense of “what to do,” and strengthen your clinical backbone.

I take a relational, strengths-based approach — one grounded in the belief that curiosity is one of the most powerful tools a clinician can develop. We'll focus on where you want to grow, with a shared understanding that the goal isn't perfection. It's connection, thoughtfulness, and learning to use yourself more fully in the work.

Supervision

Emotions can feel too big, too inconvenient, too confusing, or too dangerous. But emotions also carry information. They help us understand what matters, what hurts, what needs attention, and where healing may be possible.

Emotions education helps people better understand what emotions are, why they matter, and how to work with them instead of avoiding, judging, or becoming overwhelmed by them.

This work can be supportive for teens, adults, schools, parent groups, and organizations that want to build more emotional awareness and resilience.

Emotions education

Many people were never really taught how emotions work

  • How to read your own emotions by noticing the body
  • How anxiety works
  • How to tolerate and work with emotions
  • Tools for emotional resilience
  • The Change Triangle
  • Mindfulness and grounding exercises

Learning that feels grounded and practical.

Whether through supervision or education, my goal is to create a space where emotional growth feels accessible, thoughtful, and useful in real life.
