Your next chapter is waiting — and you don't have to write it alone.

therapy, evaluations, & emotional growth across Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, or the complexities of neurodivergence, you don't have to keep carrying it alone.

Therapy here is about reconnecting with yourself — clarifying what truly matters, understanding what's keeping you stuck, and building a life that feels as good as it looks.

You might be high-achieving and quietly exhausted. Deeply thoughtful and chronically overwhelmed. Holding everything together on the outside while feeling disconnected on the inside.

The Path Forward

Once I receive your inquiry, I'll reach out by text to schedule a free consultation — where we can discuss your needs, availability, and my approach, via Zoom or phone.

Contact

We'll work together to set clear goals that keep therapy focused and on track — because you're at the center of your care.

Intake

Ongoing feedback and checking in about goals helps us work better together — and in therapy, the relationship between client and therapist is key to healing.

Satisfaction

Therapy, at its best, is one of the most human experiences there is — relational, active, and alive with possibility.

Rather than relying on worksheets or advice alone, our work together draws on your emotions, your body, your thoughts, and the relationship between us — building skills and healing in real time, not in theory.

My goal is for you to feel genuinely seen and understood. And from that foundation, to help you build clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Therapy can be the place where you finally stop performing — and start hearing your own voice again.

We work with all of you — not just your symptoms. That means making space for your emotions, your nervous system, your relationships, and the quiet parts of you that are already ready to heal.

Using an AEDP approach, we gently slow things down — creating space to notice, feel, and heal in the present moment

Therapy here isn't just a conversation about your life. It's an experience that changes how you feel it.

My areas of specialty include working with an integrative and evidence based treatments, with a primary focus on AEDP to help:

If you've spent years wondering why certain things feel harder for you than they seem to for others, an evaluation may offer the clarity you've been looking for.

I provide ADHD and Autism evaluations for adults — giving you language for your experiences, insight into your needs, and concrete recommendations to move forward with confidence.

I supervise clinicians with and without licensure — LCMHCs, LCSWs, PsyDs, and PhDs across Connecticut, New York, and Pennsylvania who treat child and adolescent cases as well as adults.

My approach to supervision mirrors my approach to therapy: relational, curious, and grounded in the belief that growth happens when we feel understood. We'll work on turning obstacles into doorways, using client feedback as a window into yourself, and showing up more fully — in addition to more skillfully. I also bring my years of diagnostic experience, implementation of interventions, and experience with liability to our supervision.

I also offer emotions education for teens, adults, schools, and groups. In a world that often discourages us from slowing down and feeling, this work offers something different — a clearer, more grounded understanding of how emotions work and how to work with them.

It's a great starting point for anyone who's curious about therapy but not quite ready, or who simply wants to understand themselves better.

Emotions Education

I'm Sara Kranzler, PsyD, an AEDP Level 2 clinician licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut — and I've spent over a decade thinking carefully about what it means to help people heal.

My training at Ferkauf's Combined School-Clinical Program gave me something I carry into every session: a deep appreciation for how childhood shapes us. Understanding those early experiences makes me a more perceptive, more compassionate therapist for the adults I work with today.

My clients include college and graduate students, medical trainees, and adults navigating midlife — people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, relationship patterns, and major life transitions. I show up to this work warm, curious, and genuinely interested in you — not just your symptoms.

I believe something meaningful happens when we slow down enough to notice what's actually going on inside. That's where real change begins.
