Meet Sara

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, relationships, and life transitions. I also offer adult ADHD/autism evaluations, supervision for developing clinicians, and emotions education for teens, adults, schools, and groups.

I’m Sara Kranzler, PsyD, an AEDP Level 2 clinician licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut.

My approach

I believe therapy works best when it feels relational, active, and deeply human.

My work is grounded in the belief that people have an innate capacity and drive to become healthier. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or strategies, I pay attention to the full person: your emotions, nervous system, relationships, history, strengths, and the parts of you that are trying to move toward something healthier.

I am naturally an introvert who loves meaningful conversation, surprising truths, the outdoors, books, podcasts, and laughing with other people. Therapy suits me because I am drawn to open questions, honest conversations, and the kind of attention that helps people feel more connected to who they are.

How I work with

I work with adults who may be thoughtful, sensitive, high-achieving, overwhelmed, neurodivergent, or carrying more than people around them realize.

You may be seeking therapy because something feels stuck, confusing, painful, or ready to change. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin.
